We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
AZUA CITY 2 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 19-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 09:00–18:00 UTC, averaging 46 across that stretch and peaking at 14:00 UTC with 70. Outside it the city empties: across 18:00–09:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 00:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 128 slots its peak this week hit 92 — 72% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 19 players, which is 15% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 20 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 18% on the 17 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts AZUA CITY 2 ahead of 97% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players — and the 19th busiest of the 94 established Japan servers we track.
Under the hood AZUA CITY 2 runs Qbox with 471 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
