We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Hardline is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 13-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 05:00–15:00 UTC, averaging 23 across that stretch and peaking at 10:00 UTC with 29. Outside it the city empties: across 15:00–05:00 UTC it averages just 6 players, bottoming out at 20:00 UTC on 3, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 13 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 38 — 30% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 15 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 30% on the 12 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Hardline ahead of 95% of the 42,387 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Hardline runs ESX with 243 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
