We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
PALM CITY is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 10-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 14:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 18 across that stretch and peaking at 19:00 UTC with 25. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 1,000 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 10 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 36 — 4% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 11 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 23% on the 9 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts PALM CITY ahead of 95% of the 42,387 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
PALM CITY loads 192 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base, with pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
