Shuggaland 2.0 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 7-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 21:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 14 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 18. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 200 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 8 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 36 — 18% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 6 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 25% on the 9 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
