We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
NeonRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 34-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 13:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 65 across that stretch and peaking at 19:00 UTC with 99. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 11 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 700 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 38 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 124 — 18% of capacity.
That puts NeonRP ahead of 98% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood NeonRP runs ESX with 303 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
