My Way RP V3 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 13-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 18:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 19 across that stretch and peaking at 02:00 UTC with 22. Outside it the city empties: across 07:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 6 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
