We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
FullSendRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 8-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 13:00–22:00 UTC, averaging 17 across that stretch and peaking at 18:00 UTC with 29. Outside it the city empties: across 22:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 2 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 60 slots its peak this week hit 53 — 88% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 9 players, which is 15% full. It is thinning, though: it averaged 7 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 40% on the 11 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts FullSendRP ahead of 96% of the 42,387 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood FullSendRP runs ESX with 277 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
