We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
ProgressIL is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 50-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 12:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 91 across that stretch and peaking at 18:00 UTC with 108. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 16 players, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 4, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 200 slots its peak this week hit 142 — 71% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 49 players, which is 25% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 54 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 24% on the 44 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts ProgressIL ahead of 98% of the 42,465 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players — and the 4th busiest of the 33 established Israel servers we track.
Under the hood ProgressIL runs QBCore with 386 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
