Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 21 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 9, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 46 players against 300 slots (15% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 121 players, left 60% of the server free. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 36% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
