We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Protect the President is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 3-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 17:00–02:00 UTC, averaging 6 across that stretch and peaking at 21:00 UTC with 12. Outside it the city empties: across 02:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 3 players against 48 slots (7% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 26 players, left 46% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 5 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 210% on the 2 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Protect the President ahead of 94% of the 42,465 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Protect the President loads 43 resources (a lean build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
