We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Eleven V2.5 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 81-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 16:00–02:00 UTC, averaging 142 across that stretch and peaking at 21:00 UTC with 197. Outside it the city empties: across 02:00–15:00 UTC it averages just 34 players, bottoming out at 08:00 UTC on 18, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 300 slots its peak this week hit 219 — 73% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 84 players, which is 28% full.
