Withergate is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 15-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 20:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 30 across that stretch and peaking at 00:00 UTC with 43. Outside it the city empties: across 05:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 6 players, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 1,024 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 16 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 60 — 6% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 15 players across 2 Sept–4 Sept, down 12% on the 17 it averaged across 29 Aug–31 Aug.

That puts Withergate ahead of 96% of the 43,976 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
