OverPower RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 10-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 14:00–01:00 UTC, averaging 17 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 20. Outside it the city empties: across 01:00–14:00 UTC it averages just 5 players, bottoming out at 07:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 11 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 38 — 30% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 9 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 29% on the 13 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.

That puts OverPower RP ahead of 95% of the 42,308 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
