We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Equality RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 4-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 11:00–21:00 UTC, averaging 9 across that stretch and peaking at 16:00 UTC with 12. Outside it the city empties: across 22:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 03:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 4 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 23 — 18% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 2 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 55% on the 5 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Equality RP ahead of 93% of the 42,501 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Equality RP runs ESX with 272 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
