Skyline FA is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 12-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 14:00–00:00 UTC, averaging 21 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 31. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 5 players, bottoming out at 06:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 128 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 12 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 37 — 29% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 13 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 14% on the 11 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
