The window to join RCRP is 22:00–05:00 UTC, when it averages 15 concurrent players — well clear of its 7-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 01:00 UTC, averaging 19. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 8 players against 48 slots (16% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 32 players, left 33% of the server free. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 37% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.

That puts RCRP ahead of 95% of the 44,004 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
