We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
AfterShock runs a sharp rush rather than a long evening: the single hour of 17:00–18:00 UTC is when it actually fills, averaging 0 players against a round-the-clock average of 0. Outside it the city empties: across 18:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 64 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 0 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 1 — 2% of capacity.
That puts AfterShock ahead of 0% of the 42,379 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
