We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Sky City 3.0 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 13-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 02:00–13:00 UTC, averaging 23 across that stretch and peaking at 08:00 UTC with 37. Outside it the city empties: across 14:00–02:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 18:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 13 players against 128 slots (10% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 44 players, left 66% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 12 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 14% on the 13 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Sky City 3.0 ahead of 96% of the 42,308 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
