Florence Ave

Florence Ave is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 1-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 17:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 2 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 3. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–17:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 64 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 1 player, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 14 — 22% of capacity. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 1467% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.

That puts Florence Ave ahead of 91% of the 42,465 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.

Under the hood Florence Ave runs ESX with 329 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
