UruguayRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 24-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 18:00–05:00 UTC, averaging 42 across that stretch and peaking at 01:00 UTC with 59. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–18:00 UTC it averages just 8 players, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 1,234 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 25 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 125 — 10% of capacity. It is also filling up: it averaged 26 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 14% on the 23 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
