We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Storm is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 23-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 06:00–16:00 UTC, averaging 40 across that stretch and peaking at 11:00 UTC with 50. Outside it the city empties: across 17:00–06:00 UTC it averages just 11 players, bottoming out at 19:00 UTC on 5, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 22 players against 128 slots (17% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 71 players, left 45% of the server free. It is also filling up: it averaged 24 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 25% on the 19 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Storm ahead of 97% of the 42,465 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players — and the 16th busiest of the 45 established Australia servers we track.
Under the hood Storm runs Qbox with 207 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
