Art RP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 5-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 15:00–02:00 UTC, averaging 9 across that stretch and peaking at 23:00 UTC with 11. Outside it the city empties: across 02:00–15:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 06:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 6 players against 64 slots (10% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 28 players, left 56% of the server free. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 105% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
