Outside it the city empties: across 04:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 20 players, bottoming out at 13:00 UTC on 11, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 2,048 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 42 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 142 — 7% of capacity.
