We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join LINE is 20:00–04:00 UTC, when it averages 14 concurrent players — well clear of its 6-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 00:00 UTC, averaging 20. Outside it the city empties: across 04:00–18:00 UTC it averages just 2 players, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 48 slots its peak this week hit 34 — 71% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 7 players, which is 14% full. It is thinning, though: it averaged 4 players across 2 Sept–4 Sept, down 60% on the 10 it averaged across 29 Aug–31 Aug.
That puts LINE ahead of 95% of the 43,988 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood LINE runs vRP with 279 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
