We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Breaking Los Santos is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 46-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 11:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 75 across that stretch and peaking at 18:00 UTC with 111. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 16 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 4, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 180 slots its peak this week hit 145 — 81% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 44 players, which is 25% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 48 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 13% on the 42 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Breaking Los Santos ahead of 98% of the 42,220 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
