We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Retiro PD is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 4-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 14:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 9 across that stretch and peaking at 16:00 UTC with 17. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–14:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 02:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 5 players against 128 slots (4% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 44 players, left 66% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 5 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, down 27% on the 6 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Retiro PD ahead of 96% of the 42,434 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Retiro PD runs ESX with 501 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and origen_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
