StatesRP is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 47-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 14:00–00:00 UTC, averaging 84 across that stretch and peaking at 18:00 UTC with 102. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–13:00 UTC it averages just 18 players, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 6, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

It is a queue server: it sells out its 128 slots, reaching 126 of them (98%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 48 players — expect to wait at prime time. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 14% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
