We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Windy City is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 188-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 23:00–09:00 UTC, averaging 334 across that stretch and peaking at 05:00 UTC with 376. Outside it the city empties: across 09:00–23:00 UTC it averages just 83 players, bottoming out at 13:00 UTC on 40, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 400 slots, reaching 393 of them (98%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 185 players — expect to wait at prime time. Day to day it barely moves: across those 7 days its daily averages stay within 34% of each other, so this is a settled population rather than a spike.
That peak of 393 makes Windy City the 212th busiest of the 43,770 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week — and the 16th busiest of the 554 established United States servers we track.
Under the hood Windy City runs ESX with 527 resources loaded — a heavy build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
