We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Downtown Roleplay is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 1-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 13:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 1 across that stretch and peaking at 16:00 UTC with 2. Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–11:00 UTC it averages just 0 players, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Its 512 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 1 player, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 7 — 1% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 0 players across 1 Sept–3 Sept, down 74% on the 2 it averaged across 28 Aug–30 Aug.
That puts Downtown Roleplay ahead of 85% of the 43,606 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Downtown Roleplay loads 161 resources (a substantial build), and none of the usual framework cores — ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP — are among them, so it is running standalone or on a custom base.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
