We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Park City Roleplay is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 18-player daily average for 10 straight hours, 20:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 35 across that stretch and peaking at 00:00 UTC with 53. Outside it the city empties: across 07:00–20:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 12:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 95 slots its peak this week hit 90 — 95% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 17 players, which is 17% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 29 players across 16 Oct–18 Oct, up 716% on the 4 it averaged across 12 Oct–14 Oct.
That puts Park City Roleplay ahead of 97% of the 42,363 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Park City Roleplay runs ESX with 213 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
