We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Brighter Times RP 3.0 is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 70-player daily average for 11 straight hours, 19:00–06:00 UTC, averaging 113 across that stretch and peaking at 02:00 UTC with 155. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 34 players, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 14, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
Capacity is a real constraint here: against 210 slots its peak this week hit 175 — 83% of the server — and when anyone is on it, it averages 69 players, which is 33% full. It is also filling up: it averaged 74 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 18% on the 63 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Brighter Times RP 3.0 ahead of 99% of the 42,427 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
