Outside it the city empties: across 23:00–16:00 UTC it averages just 4 players, bottoming out at 07:00 UTC on 1, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 10 players against 200 slots (5% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 74 players, left 63% of the server free.
