We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
PCS FivePD is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 44-player daily average for 12 straight hours, 12:00–00:00 UTC, averaging 76 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 100. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 11 players, bottoming out at 05:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 128 slots, reaching 127 of them (99%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 42 players — expect to wait at prime time. It is also filling up: it averaged 44 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, up 11% on the 40 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts PCS FivePD ahead of 98% of the 42,399 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood PCS FivePD runs ESX with 397 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
