We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
The window to join Old Block is 01:00–06:00 UTC, when it averages 9 concurrent players — well clear of its 3-player round-the-clock average. It bites hardest at 02:00 UTC, averaging 13. Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–01:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 10:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 3 players against 64 slots (4% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 39 players, left 39% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 2 players across 17 Oct–19 Oct, down 48% on the 4 it averaged across 13 Oct–15 Oct.
That puts Old Block ahead of 95% of the 42,956 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Old Block runs ESX with 357 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
