We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
Hella City Battleground is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 9-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 10:00–19:00 UTC, averaging 20 across that stretch and peaking at 16:00 UTC with 32. Outside it the city empties: across 20:00–10:00 UTC it averages just 2 players, bottoming out at 02:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
It is a queue server: it sells out its 64 slots, reaching 61 of them (95%) at its peak this week, and when anyone is on it, it averages 10 players — expect to wait at prime time. It is thinning, though: it averaged 9 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 18% on the 11 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts Hella City Battleground ahead of 97% of the 42,501 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood Hella City Battleground runs ESX with 69 resources loaded — a moderate build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
