Outside it the city empties: across 06:00–16:00 UTC it averages just 7 players, bottoming out at 09:00 UTC on 2, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 16 players against 128 slots (12% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 74 players, left 42% of the server free.
