We count the players on this server every five minutes and keep the history.
PlaceRP WL-OFF is busy for most of the day rather than one evening: it stays above its 4-player daily average for 9 straight hours, 14:00–23:00 UTC, averaging 10 across that stretch and peaking at 20:00 UTC with 13. Outside it the city empties: across 00:00–14:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 5 players against 120 slots (4% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 46 players, left 62% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 4 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 44% on the 7 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
That puts PlaceRP WL-OFF ahead of 96% of the 42,379 FiveM servers ViceHub tracked consistently this week, ranked on peak concurrent players. That is measured from our own five-minute checks, not from anything the server claims about itself.
Under the hood PlaceRP WL-OFF runs Qbox with 285 resources loaded — a substantial build, using pma-voice for voice and ox_inventory for inventory.
One row per full day (UTC). Average counts every check taken that day, including the ones that found nobody online.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
