Outside it the city empties: across 01:00–12:00 UTC it averages just 3 players, bottoming out at 04:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.
You can walk straight in: when anyone is on it, it averages 9 players against 64 slots (15% full), and even its busiest moment of the week, 32 players, left 50% of the server free. It is thinning, though: it averaged 9 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 13% on the 10 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.

We do not publish an uptime figure. When a check finds nobody online, we cannot tell an empty server apart from one that was switched off — so any percentage would be a guess. How we measure this.
