Outside it the city empties: across 04:00–19:00 UTC it averages just 1 player, bottoming out at 11:00 UTC on 0, so an off-peak login means an all-but-empty server.

Its 800 slots are far more than it uses: when anyone is on it, it averages 5 players, and the busiest single moment of the week reached only 41 — 5% of capacity. It is thinning, though: it averaged 4 players across 18 Jul–20 Jul, down 27% on the 6 it averaged across 14 Jul–16 Jul.
