Your players like the phone your server already runs. Keep it.
Echo Management lives in Echo Tablet, not in a phone — so your department gets a hiring pipeline, an automatic duty clock, and the society books without you changing a single thing your players already know how to use.
Every server has a boss menu that hires, fires, and promotes. This one runs the whole back office.
Already running Echo Phone? Its Management app is the same roster, banking, and bonus tools, on the move. Echo Management is the department's desk: duty-hour tracking, job-wide group chat, custom application questions, the Job Center NPC, and the transaction log. They read the same database — use whichever is in your hand.
HIRING, FROM THE OUTSIDE IN
A Job Center NPC stands in your world with a blip on the map. Players walk up, browse the jobs your server offers, and see how many questions each application asks.
Applicants answer the job's custom questions and submit. Managers get notified, review the application in the panel, and message the applicant back and forth before deciding. Approve and they're hired at grade 0 — online or offline. Deny and they're notified.
Managers write their own questions, up to twenty per job, from inside the panel. Your PD asks about prior experience. Your mechanics ask if they can drive stick.
DUTY HOURS, TRACKED AUTOMATICALLY
Clock-in and clock-out are tied to on-duty status through your framework's own events. Nobody has to remember to do anything.
Managers see accumulated minutes per employee and a live on-duty headcount. Sessions close safely on disconnect, so nobody accrues eight hours by crashing.
This is the thing that makes a boss menu into a management tool. You stop guessing who's carrying the department.
THE ROSTER
Every member of the job with their name, grade, online status, and duty status, pulled live from the database.
Hire an online player by server ID. Fire anyone below your rank, online or offline — offline players are updated directly in the database. Promote or demote to any grade beneath your own, using your framework's real grade list.
Every rank check is enforced server-side. You cannot hire, fire, or set a grade at or above your own, no matter what you send.
SOCIETY BANKING
Live balance, deposit, withdraw, and transfer to another account with a note. Pay a cash bonus to any online employee — deducted from the society account, deposited to their bank, notified instantly.
Every deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and bonus is logged, with the last fifty shown in the panel.
The banking bridge auto-detects Renewed-Banking, qb-banking, fd_banking, tgg-banking, kartik-banking, and okokBanking. If you run none of them, Echo Management manages society funds itself. There is no configuration step either way.
GROUP CHAT FOR THE WHOLE JOB
Not just managers — every employee, at every grade, gets a shared team chat. The last fifty messages load when the panel opens and new ones push live to everyone online.
That matters because it gives your low-grade employees a reason to open the panel at all. Two-tier access: managers at or above the configured grade get everything, everyone else gets chat.
SETUP IS A CONFIG BLOCK
Config.Jobs = {
['police'] = { minGrade = 3, label = 'LSPD' },
['ambulance']= { minGrade = 3, label = 'EMS' },
['mechanic'] = { minGrade = 2, label = 'Mechanic' },
}
Framework auto-detected. Seven database tables built on first start — no SQL import. Accent colour and keybind are config. All player-facing text lives in locales.lua.
Compatibility: QBX (Qbox), QBCore, ESX
Dependencies: ox_lib, oxmysql
Optional: any supported banking script, ox_target / qb-target for the Job Center NPC
Runs standalone (F6), or as an app inside Echo Tablet.

Jul 13, 2026The median FiveM server peaked at two players. Not two hundred — two. We measured 31,334 of them. Here is what a server realistically needs to feel alive, and why your slot count is fiction.
Jul 13, 2026Every FiveM server requirements table you have read was invented by a company selling servers. Cfx.re publishes no hardware spec at all. Here is what actually determines whether your server runs well.
